What Is a Coffee Shop?
Before you can build something profitable, you need to understand why coffee shops succeed — and why so many don't. We'll clarify the fundamentals of the coffee business and help you develop a brand story that earns customer loyalty from the start.

Bar Equipment & Workflow
The right equipment means nothing without the right systems. You'll learn how to set up your bar for efficiency, keep quality consistent, and build a workflow your team can execute. (Even during a rush.)

Coffee Growing, Processing & Roasting
Your customers can taste the difference, even if they can't explain it. We'll walk you through the journey from farm to cup and how growing conditions, processing methods, and roast profiles shape flavor. So you can choose beans that reflect your brand and keep people coming back.

Equipment Care, Maintenance & Water Quality
A broken machine is a closed café. This session gives you the preventative maintenance routines and cleaning standards that protect your equipment investment. We also teach about the water quality knowledge most café owners never think about until it's too late.

Café Finance
This is the session most café owners wish they'd had before opening. We'll cover budgeting, cost control, pricing strategy, and financial planning. You'll walk away knowing exactly what it takes to run a café that makes money.
